Divorce Contest Winner

I got married on 4-3-03 and I have been trying to get a divorce since 2004 because I was pregant by another guy and he left when I would not have a abortion so I ended up getting back with my high school boyfriend and he did not want me to have a child out of marriage so we was together for 9 months I had my son on 04-07-03 and my husband tryed to drown my son in the bath tub by his self at a week old my mom found my baby and brought him to me and told me what he did so I told him to leave then then next day he sat at the end of my road and waited for me to come home and he tried to kill me by choking me. His dad picked him up and was hiding him out from the cops and they found him he got 2 years for both charges of attemted murder on me and my son. My son is five going on six. There was a dna test done to prove he is not my sons father. He is in and out of jail and prison for alot of vilent things and I just want my baby and I safe he was fighting it at first but now he is out of prison and off the drugs for now and willing to give me my divorce but now I am tryig to come up with the money. He has wrote me letters that I have kept from him showing when he got out I would be in danger along with my son he has writtin my five year son letters that I have kept trying to turn my son away from me when he gets older. He has sent me pictures of us with our heads tore off. I am married to a guy who is dangerous for my son ad I and I really want a divorce we have not been together for almost 6 years please help us. He also knows where I live and if he comes into my house there is nothing I can do cause we are legally married so I could not make him leave and I am afriad of what he might do when he gets back on the drugs he has been in prison for shooting a gun at people, breaking into churchs and houses why people are there and he has hurt them people.
