I agree with you! I want to know if they are sending them back after they recieve medical..... I am a 41 single mother of 3 who's xhusband is a dead beat dad. I cannot get any kind of freaking help from MY goverment. Everytime I try I hear that they dont have funds that I make too much for healthcare. But the can go to another country give them housing food clothes AND medical. While I who has paid my taes since I started working at 15 cant get help in my own country... USA cares more about ppl who do nothing for themselfs than they do proud United States Citizen!

I heard you say ratings or something were down and I don't know how others feel but I am tired of hearing about Hulk Hogan. I couldn't care less about this guys legal problems etc and you talk about him to excess in my opion. WHTQ's morning show host Bubba The Love Sponge was mentioned on national television Thanksgiving Night on Spike TV during TNA iMPACT!. Mick Foley-TNA Shareholder commented that Bubba The Love Sponge's listeners were the first to know of Hulk Hogan's impending arrival to TNA, which is a major story in the sports & entertainment world. I'm expecting this will only increase WHTQ's listeners even more and move Bubba even higher in the ratings.

I think of all the talk radio shows, bubba is the best! But I ask, what is wrong with playing actual music?

I have been listening to WHTQ for over 10 years, but have stopped since you put BUBBA on. This is the worst radio program I have heard short of Howard Stern. I would love to see John Boy and Billy back rather than this junk.

The Bad: Sick baby killing parodies that can't be cleaned up for normal radio. The 'bow bow' crap truly sucks. It's interesting how you think this is good radio. Not.

The Good: I think normal folks like your format when you discuss racing, rock and roll stuff, football, baseball, wrestling, chicks and the stupid things that people do. Your charity work is tops. We love the bits about the telephone tough guy, the Hulkster calls in's and the old dude Ned. Rock on Ned. The parodies that don't relate to dead babies like " Billy Maze", Telephone Tough Guy advertisment" etc..

The Ugly: I guy that continues to discuss is firing and his ratings. Man move on.. Get some new material. Get this " the public doesn't give a rats ass about your ratings and your poor firing". I’m an Orlando listener. I first became a fan 3yrs ago when you came to JRR. I’m extremely glad that you are back on the air and in Orlando. After you guys were forced out and my boy Buckethead, moved to Tampa and then to evenings. I stopped listening to morning radio. I just want to say, thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m a black listener and I greatly admire and appreciate the fact that you will call out people like, Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Riley for what they really are, racist. I appreciate it for the fact that a white person, recognizes what they are and what they do. If a black public figure were to address them as such, it would be easily dismissed as another black person complaining. I admire you guys for the fact that you speak the truth despite the backlash from your fellow white peers and listeners. I love the show and how no one is safe from the truth. I am glad to have Bubba back in Orlando. I especially like to hear Tucker Carlson. The Caylee song is disturbing, but it should be. If it's not there is something wrong with you. I have no problem with it though. If you don't like it, don't listen. That's what is most powerful to the advetisers. The more of an issue everyone makes of it, the more publicity Bubba gets, duh. I only caught the end of your conversation about these after getting off work, but I wanted to let you know a little more about them. I discovered them about a month ago, and I have been using them to cut down. The cartridges do not last 2 days, especially the pre-loaded ones. You have to get blank ones and fill them with smoke juice (check out Johnson Creek Smoke Juice Company). It lasts longer, and you get more flavors. As for the hardware, anyone buying them from the mall kiosks (Smoking Everywhere) is getting ripped off. If you go to e-cigarette-forum.com, you can learn all about them and which are the best models and suppliers. You can't really use them exactly like cigarettes because the atomizer needs to not overheat, that will kill it, so none of that long drag one right after the other. But for the habit (which is a lot harder to break than any nicotine addiction), they are great, and I try to tell everyone I see about them. They are difficult to get because of Big Government, and the FDA (you can guess what I think those letters stand for)officially considers them a "drug delivery device," which makes them technically illegal, again according to them. As for the lack of testing, that's a misleading statement. They have been tested extensively in New Zealand. Yeah, they can test more, but until then why ban something which may or may not be the healthiest thing in the world in favor of something which is decidedly unhealthy? Also, if you buy them from the right suppliers (again, see the forum), you can save a ton of money. Which is what this all comes down to; the government can't tax you to death on these, like they can cigarettes. Big tobacco hates it because they lose smokers. The pharmaceutical companies hate it because that way no one is using their pathetic patches, gums, and drugs.

The only reason I have not quit smoking entirely (down to a pack a week or less) is that it is difficult to get these. The suppliers don't always have supplies on hand, and Customs likes to seize bigger shipments.

By the way, the representative from New Jersey who wants to get rid of them had a rather sizable campaign contribution from pharmaceutical companies. Think there may be a connection?

I was floored by the comments being made on the show this morning regarding Casey Anthony. One woman called in and said that Casey was one of the reasons she was Pro Choice....that is absurd! I believe in pro choice....your choice is in spreading your legs or not!! IF you choose to spread them and can't handle having a baby, plenty of people would love to have it!
Also, Bubba was saying that "most" killings like this happen in the white community. Maybe the blacks don't kill their kids because that would also kill their benefit checks. Leave race out of it, that is part of the problem in America today.

Really, I don't get it and I'm not the only one. Let's skip "Bubba" for a sec and go to "The Love Sponge." The image that comes to mind is a sperm-soaked polyurethane foam sponge, infused with spermicide and inserted before having sex with someone who is not obese. BTW, Bubba qualifies a obese in my book. So every time I hear the stage name, I think of handling a contraceptive divice that contains his incredibly repulsive gene potential.
