I can not remember my password / My password is not working. Can you send it to me? We can not retrieve your password but if you enter your e-mail here , we will have a temporary password sent to you. Once you receive that, you can use that to log in to our Member Center. Once logged in, you can change your password.

I am a Member, but when I log in I get the message "Your account does not exist"
The system will give this message when it does not recognize the email address, make sure you are entering your email and password exactly how you entered it when you registered. If it is still not recognizing it, enter your e-mail here and we will send you a temporary password that you can use to log in. If you receive an error when you enter your email, we do not have your email on file, and you will have to create a new account

How do I accept cookies?
On your toolbar, click "Tools", Click "Internet Options", Click the "Privacy" tab, click the "Advanced" tab. From here select the radio button / checkbox that says "accept cookies". To apply the settings, click "OK" and then "APPLY."

How do I change my password?
Sign in to our Member Center by entering your username and password. (Note: If you requested a temporary password, you MUST log in using the temporary password. Your old password WILL NOT work.) Once logged in, click "I want to edit my password". From here, you can change the password to whatever you want.

I had a temporary password sent to me, but when I put it in, I still can't log in
The most common reason for this is because the browser is not able to accept cookies. Make sure your security settings on your browser allow you to accept cookies, you will not be able to log in otherwise. To do this, on your toolbar select "Tools", Select "Internet Options", click on the "Privacy" tab, click the "Advanced" tab, from here you can tell your browser that you would like to accept cookies. Make sure to click "OK" and then "APPLY."

I want to set up a new account, but I get an error saying my "email already exists."
You can not set up multiple accounts under one email. You can either set up an account using a different email address or you can have a temporary password sent to your email address. Click here to have a temporary password sent to you.
