According to the very reputable Pink Floyd fansite Brain-damage.co.uk, the rumored performance of Roger Waters on Saturday Night Live this weekend has been cancelled.

Initial reports had the Pink Floyd guitarist appearing with guitarist Snowy White (ex-Thin Lizzy) and possibly with his full band. Those reports said Waters would play Dark Side of the Moon on the show and that would be the ONLY feature ON the show since the writers' strike has prevented the cast from writing or performing sketches.

Now, however, a re-run of an old SNL episode is scheduled to air and all sites that had been listing Roger Waters and/or Snowy White have removed those references.

Bummer.
